1. Stop right now.
  2. Get in touch with the rhythm of your breathing.
  3. Look around.
  4. What do you see?
  5. What do you smell?
  6. What do you hear?
  7. Make no judgments.
  8. Expect nothing.
  9. Merely notice what you notice.
  10. Catalogue the physical sensations of your body.  Are you hot? Cold?  Do you itch somewhere? Do you feel any pain or discomfort?
  11. Just sit with the moment in acceptance and experience.
  12. Return to your life with a renewed sense of energy and rejuvenation.
