When something good is happening–a hot shower, an excellent meal, a great book, quality time with your children, whatever–it’s important that you are present enough to recognize and enjoy it.

No matter what other awful thing is happening–whether there’s a headlight out on your car, your Sophomore has been suspended from school, or you’re not sure how you’ll pay the water bill–it’s important that you realize that a good thing is happening RIGHT NOW.

And you need to be there for it. TZT
