I’m always humbled and amazed to learn that there are people who read what I post here, so I wanted to let you know that The Zen Teacher blog will be going on a short hiatus (hopefully no more than a week or so) because I just finished the first draft of The Zen Teacher book-length manuscript and I need to edit and revise it in order to get a second draft into the hands of a Beta reader for feedback.  And then of course it will need a bit more polishing.

So if what I’ve been saying here resonates with you, please know that my plan is to get an entire book into your hands as soon as possible.

Writing this book (tentatively titled The Zen Teacher: Creating Peace, Simplicity, and Tranquility in the Classroom) has been an amazing learning experience and period of growth for me, and I’m happy to say it has only galvanized my commitment to teaching (and living) from a Zen-inspired mindset of simplicity and Mindfulness.

And while you’re here, I also want to say thank you for listening.  I’ll see you in a week or so and will keep you posted on the status of the book.

Thanks again.  Namaste. TZT
