It's kind of a sequel to my last blog post (minus Harrison Ford).
It's about 5 ways you can cope with those weeks when things get a little crazy.
The closed Facebook group has nearly 500 teachers from all over the world who are interested in reducing their stress and anxiety and improving their Self-Care.
They are a warm, friendly, and supportive group. I am always amazed at the depth of kindness and compassion these teachers display in the group.
I, for one, am better for having hung out with these amazing educators.
Together, we share articles, resources, thoughts, reflections, questions, and strategies.
And every now and then I do free in-group trainings and mini-workshops and drop videos like this one.
The only thing missing is YOU.
