It’s okay to rest.

It’s okay to have down time.

It’s okay to relax.

It’s okay to be idle.

It’s okay to stare off into space (just not while driving. . .)

It’s okay to NOT do.

It’s okay to lollygag.

It’s okay to meander.

It’s okay to nap (no, really. . .).

It’s okay to take time for yourself.

It’s okay to take a break.

It’s okay to sit down.

It’s okay to refill your cup.

It’s okay be still.

It’s okay to exhale.

It’s okay to sit in quiet contemplation reflecting on the expansiveness of The Universe and how each of us is just a giant blob of energy and consciousness that gives off eternal light while listening to the birds chirping and sipping on a Super Big Gulp while sitting on one of those big green telephone boxes next to the local 7-11 as the red Chevy Camaro races down the boulevard blasting Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Freebird.”

But mainly, it’s okay to chill.

You have permission.

It’s time for us to normalize the chill. TZT
